Norton seriously sucks. I can't tell you how many times I have people come in to my shop with fully updated and current versions of Norton products on systems that I have to pull hundreds of instances of infection out from. Not to mention all the times we get calls when Norton decides to block internet and application access for no apparent reason. McAfee is the same crap. I don't get how they are still around.
